Observe ye everything that takes place in the heaven, how they do not change their orbits, and the luminaries which are in the heaven, how they all rise and set in order each in its season, and transgress not against their appointed order. Book of Enoch, 2:1
Introduction: JWST Surprises & Christwatch Hypothesis 2
In 2023, the lion's share of "intelligent design" research runs through the critique of Darwin's theory of evolution. But biology is not the only path for full spectrum seekers. Given that 99%+ of all visible matter in the universe is found in its 4th state---plasma---I see a wide open on-ramp to intelligent design insight running through the study of the large scale structure of the universe in general, and the stellar lifecycle in particular. Why now... I hear you ask. The answer is a 4-letter acronym spelled JWST---short for James Webb Space Telescope.
As it turns out, challengers of the gravity-centric standard model of cosmology have emerged as the most articulate analysts of JWST data. This is driven by the fact that JWST keeps delivering surprises---i.e. observational evidence indicating that all is not well in Big Bang land---observational evidence affirming tenets of both plasma universe and electric universe hypotheses. And while there is no understating the contributions of electric universe theory in disrupting conventional pseudoscience and rebooting the cosmology conversation, I see bigger surprises on the horizon.
By leveraging JWST and other high tech observational tools within the context of a 360 degree convergence data framework, humanity is now capable of detecting and investigating the very fingerprints of the intelligent design of the universe---made manifest in the star formation process. And that's just for starters. Christwatch.Org holds the view that what we are really observing via JWST is NOT some spontaneously-emergent, naturally-occurring "cosmic web", but something much more consequential---a vast, well-developed ecosystem of plasma-based sentient life billions of years in the making.
Convergence Data Drives Intelligent Design Insight
When a Christwatch.Org convergence-focused researcher encounters scripturally-based probable cause for further investigation, e.g. the quote at the top of this post from the apocryphal Book of Enoch attesting to the intelligently designed orbits of planets and stars---and then deconstructs the star formation process as an end-to-end system---that researcher comes face-to-face with so much baked-in system complexity that he or she will iteratively begin to detect fingerprints of intelligent design, i.e. to begin to recognize the "System Architect" within the system architecture. Here's what I mean.
From that touch-above-absolute-zero ultracold system environment in which star-forming molecular clouds do their work---to that standardized gas/dust ratio (GDR) of system inputs within those clouds---intelligent design de-cloaks itself for those exploring the rich data relationships excavated through the convergence of science and spirituality.
From those ordered magnetic workflows within that mysterious filamentary network powering the ignition of young stellar object (YSO) cores---to that automagically-appearing protoplanetary disk---the intelligent design of the universe makes itself known if you dare to "recognize what is in your sight". Even the anomalous phenomena conventional cosmology classifies as unexplained---those polar jets violently expelling plasma, dust and gas from a still-growing young star---suggest the fingerprints of an intelligently designed architecture of star formation...bundled with realtime system debugging. Think devops on steroids for stellar engineering.
Even Athiests Can Benefit From Intelligent Design Research
It should be apparent that despite having the word "Christ" in my organization's name, I'm not arguing for religion or even "faith" here. If you're an intellectually honest atheist and sincerely believe the search for fingerprints of an intelligently-designed universe doesn't merit your attention because you see it as superstition, I'm OK with that. In that case please feel free to engage with Christwatch.Org's intelligent design research as a path to fortune and glory within a fusion energy startup. And when you do, remember this. As of today, the longest humanity has achieved engineered nuclear fusion---despite many invested billions in private and government capital---is 17 minutes. Now compare those 17 minutes of man-made burn to the kind of unparalleled system continuity seen in stellar "hydrostatic equilibrium" running billions of years, and enabled billions of times within billions of stars... by that invisible plasma-based Architect of All.
But I get it if you're still on the intelligent design fence. If the promise of reverse-engineering a star in a laboratory doesn't get your blood flowing, let me drop a little cosmology news you'll never hear from that well-compensated conga line of social media "science influencers". What human astrophysics currently characterizes as "dead stars" are actually foundries for purpose-engineered materials supporting both plasma-native and plasma-embedded life (e.g. us).
As surreal as that last sentence sounded, it's a fact. Plasma-based sentience has developed technology used in multiple applications, including interfacing with organic life within planetary atmospheres. Don't worry. I've got video.
Christwatch Hypothesis 2: The Discoverable Ecosystem of Plasma-Based Life
Up to today, Christwatch.Org has advanced its core theoplasma universe hypothesis based on scriptural attestation, supplemented by direct observations made by known historical personages who have reported interaction with plasma-based life. We will continue to expand this research track, but in this new age of JWST we have no intention of confining ourselves to it. Given that Christwatch.Org has emerged as a convergence research pioneer, having documented the solar nature of Earth's predicted "end times"---the coronal mass ejections and red giant catastrophe encoded within the four horsemen allegory of the Book of Revelation---we have no choice but to look to the stars through 21st century toolsets like JWST, and encourage others in the intelligent design movement to join us.
Beginning with this post I extend the core Christwatch.Org hypothesis, the scripturally-attested existence of plasma-based sentient life---to the intelligently designed ecosystems built by that life---by examining the star formation process. By deconstructing the stellar lifecycle---as a system---once-hidden fingerprints of intelligent design reveal themselves, manifesting as features/functions of a networked and distributed platform architecture, including but not limited to the following:
- System Environment: That Counter-Intuitive UltraCold
- System Inputs: That Gas/Dust Ratio, aka Star Recipe
- System Workflows: That Filamentary Network Infrastructure
- System Automation: That Auto-Magic Protoplanetary Disk
- System Debugging: Those Explosive Outflow Jets
- System Continuity: That Hydrostatic Equilibrium
- System Outputs: Those "Dead Star" Foundries
- System Constant: The Shotcaller in those SFR Declines
Eight Fingerprints of Intelligently Designed Star Formation

Detectives regularly rely on fingerprint identification as an important form of circumstantial case evidence. The number of comparative "points" of recognition to determine a match is eight to twelve, so if I'm going to make my argument using a fingerprint analogy, I need a minimum of eight. For this post, let's start there. There are many more fingerprints beyond eight, and we'll update that number over time.
1. System Environment: That Counter-Intuitive UltraCold
In an intelligently designed (and counter-intuitive) star formation system architecture, the hottest things come to life in the coldest places. The ultracold touch-above-absolute-zero interstellar medium (ISM) in which molecular clouds do the work of star formation should be seen as an intent-based "system environment", i.e. part of an engineering specification.
In an absolute zero environment, atomic particles slow down and occupy their lowest energy state as quantum disorder morphs into order. As quantum disorder morphs into order at temperatures near absolute zero---imagine a molecular cloud system environment as a "quantum fridge" light years across---it becomes easier to curate and stage the various gas and dust ingredients used in the stellar engineering supply chain.
Fusion energy systems' developers who reverse-engineer stellar architecture to design their own products are making progress in understanding this ultracold star formation process. For example, in the widely reported LLNL fusion announcement, the hohlraum containing the deuterium and tritium fuel was cooled prior to initiating successful "ignition" via their inertial confinement approach. While fusion energy startups and government-funded initiatives are still seen by respected commentators as in the "demonstration machine" phase of industry development, it is inevitable that the world's fusion energy researchers will unravel even more secrets of the stars. If I can, they can.
By leveraging a unified data framework integrating scriptural and scientific content, researchers of science/religion convergence have arrived at our own assessment of 21st century fusion energy platform architectures.
When you reverse-engineer the Architect's design specification, you come to understand that it's not just the fuel that must be ultracold to make (or laboratory-emulate) a star. It's the end-to-end star formation system environment itself that has been standardized by its intelligent designer at a few degrees above absolute zero. Once fusion energy startups and publicly-backed experiments investigate and digest this point, we will see a new generation of fusion energy architectures that capitalize on the ultracold.
And this near-absolute-zero system environment can deliver additional benefits within an intelligently designed solar system "production template", e.g. optimizing the efficiency of sorting circumstellar disc materials. I also have reason to suspect that stellar production ops within this ultracold-optimized supply chain process is technology-assisted. I'll come back to this in discussing Fingerprint 7---the role of "dead" stars within an ecosystem of plasma-based life---enabling the development of products with a range of electromagnetic capabilities. And the ultracold system environment is not the only thing standardized within the star formation process. Those gas/dust system inputs are the epitome of intelligently specified standardization.
2. System Inputs: That Gas/Dust Ratio, aka Star Formation Recipe
Just as the system environment enabling star formation is standardized at near-absolute-zero, the 100:1 gas/dust ratio (GDR) within molecular clouds is a standardized formula that should be seen as intelligently designed system input---repeated and proven over billions of years. In point of fact, this star formation recipe is so standardized that it's the first thing you see when you google "gas to dust ratio in molecular clouds". Deviations from this ratio within molecular clouds are seen by astrophysicists as "local" differences.
Notice too that this 100 to 1 GDR as a standard system input turns out to be in direct proportion to a universe in which 99% plus of all visible matter in the universe is plasma, while only a fraction of a percent is comprised of common matter and biological life.
Simply put, the gas gets engineered into stars, while the dust becomes planetisimals... and organic life. One could even start to think of this ratio of plasma to common matter as a universal constant that is enabled by a standardized gas/dust ratio during star formation itself. The implications of this standardized system input model are staggering, indicating that "plasma power" is locked in as the dominant form of matter relative to common matter, and that plasma-based life holds architectural dominion over the universe---relative to biological life.
Given this ratio, in place over billions of years, I find it amazing that far too many modern physicists still cling to the idea that gravity is somehow the showrunner or shotcaller in the universe. The standardized system inputs of star formation say otherwise.
3. System Workflows: That Filamentary Network Infrastructure
I've now argued that the ultracold near-absolute-zero temperatures in molecular clouds, as well as the standardized 100:1 GDR recipe, should be seen as indicators of an intelligently designed stellar engineering process, and probable cause for ongoing investigation. Simply put, a molecular cloud---seen through the twin lens of temperature and composition---should be characterized as a form of intent-based system infrastructure, not some spontaneously-generated "natural" phenomenon within the interstellar medium.
So too should those ubiquitous filamentary networks---spread throughout the universe---be seen as pre-built infrastructure intelligently designed to enable star formation. This filamentary network infrastructure is present within star-forming molecular clouds, and goes a long way to refute the conventional thinking that naturally occurring gravitational instability and spontaneous gravitational collapse are the drivers of stellar core ignition.
In that the new generation of high tech tools from ALMA to the JWST have enabled humanity to observe the star formation process with new eyes, what astronomers around the world now recognize with their new eyes is the role of rotating filamentary networks and ordered magnetic workflows within molecular clouds---anthropomorphically described by NASA as "magnetic rivers".
Consistent with the Christwatch.Org theoplasma universe hypothesis (and associated convergence data framework), I see these filament-networked material flows---these so-called magnetic rivers---as evidence of the existence of sentient plasma-based life. I understand that this statement will be mocked as pseudoscience, but you may want to hold your laughter for a moment. These filamentary networks, while seemingly naturally occurring, and extending in random directions---are anomalously uniform in width everywhere they are found---and taken together with an ultracold system environment and standardized system input recipe, this filament-width uniformity begins to resemble a well-specified platform feature of a fully-productized, long-running system of stellar engineering.
4. System Automation: That AutoMagic Protoplanetary Disk
The instantiation of a flat circumstellar protoplanetary disc around a young and still growing star is a fact of life in star formation. The conventional reason provided for the emergence of the disc is gravitational collapse of a pre-fusion protostar core. In other words, all of the complexity we see in the behavior of the disc---a veritable system automation template driving the formation of an embryonic solar system model---is spontaneously generated from gravitational instability, rotational turbulence, stellar winds, and angular momentum.
If you believe that, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you. Don't worry. I'll overnight you the keys on my 777 that assembled itself in a hurricane.
In the circumstellar protoplanetary disc, what we really see is a form of production hyperautomation billions of years ahead of humanity in science---hence my use of ancient "wow" marketing terminology from the primeval dawn of the American tech industry, i.e. "automagic". Pushing back on gravity-first physics, the electric universe folks have moved into the research vanguard by documenting many of the underlying technical drivers of protoplanetary disc formation. Here's their summary.
A protoplanetary disc is activated via a filamentary network-delivered plasma "pinch" that triggers ongoing Marklund convection---i.e. plasma convecting radially inward toward the center of the young stellar object's core. The Marklund convection fashions the disc and intelligently distributes the system input ingredients---the molecular cloud's gas and dust in the correct ratio---to both the growing stellar core and newly-forming planetisimals.
I direct you to their YouTube channel, Thunderbolts, for more insight on plasma universe and electric universe mindset, which goes well beyond arguments against the current cosmological paradigm, also serving as a broad scientific foundation to understand systems thinking applied to the stars.
5. System Debugging: Those Explosive Outflow Jets
The explosive jets ejecting mass from the poles of a still-growing protostar should be seen as in-situ realtime system debugging, intelligently-engineered to bring a given young stellar object (and/or its companion star or planetisimals) back into compliance with an intended specification.
High complexity products and services can be self-healing. In the 21st century software industry, there are well-established publicly-traded companies that provide "observability" solutions that monitor the operations of complex digital and physical systems in realtime, and serve as triggers for self-correcting system behaviors. What we see in protostar outflow jets is a form of built-in observability applied to self-correcting stellar engineering.
While the conventional view sees these outflow jets as natural mechanisms of protostar and planetisimal materials "accretion" within a protoplanetary disc model, this view overlooks or minimizes the point that the jets remove material---rolling back both protostar and disc "state" and re-setting the ingredient baseline for the next stage of inputs into the process.
And the jets are highly collimated, cylindrical, and accelerate material away from the star formation "worksite" to great distances, as if designed as part of some circular economy program that tracks and recycles every particle in the universe that hasn't been specified in a given star/solar system buildout.
6. System Continuity: That Hydrostatic Equilibrium
As previously mentioned, seventeen minutes is the longest that humanity has achieved plasma burn via an experimental fusion energy platform---vs the operational stability of stars running continuously for billions of years. Conventional astrophysics refers to this continuous ops capability of stars as "hydrostatic equilibrium"---and believe it reflects a balance between fusion in the interior of a star exerting outward force, while the force of gravity pushes back. This view is essentially a legacy artifact of the standard model of cosmology.
Critics of this view in the electric universe community argue for the existence of an electric sun that owes its operational continuity to its integration with the filamentary plasma networks throughout the universe. This "network" model of hydrostatic equilibrium is much closer to the truth than the legacy explanation focused on standalone stars.
My own view validates the network model suggested by the electric universe community in many ways. But given the institutional lockout of plasma universe theory for a very long time---I believe we are still in the top of the first inning in understanding and documenting the architectural complexity of stellar interiors and their relationship to interconnected plasma networks.
This is because I see these networks existing primarily as an ecosystem created in the service of plasma-based life, as opposed to solely existing as a driver of organic life. If we "Disneyize" our analyses of stellar lifecycles, i.e. only see them anthropomorphically as projections of human habitat systems, we miss the opportunity to take a giant leap forward as a species.
For Christwatch.Org, "probable cause" that plasma-based life exists, is responsible for building out the large scale structure of the universe, and directly communicates with organic life when necessary, is confirmed by the unmistakable accuracy of the "4 horsemen" allegory in the Book of Revelation. It discloses in detail---via a "prophet" given a "revelation" by Christ himself---that Earth's sun will undergo a coronal mass ejection, enter a "red giant" phase, and end up as a pale green planetary nebula after a period being a black dwarf pulsar. That this level of detail regarding stellar lifecycles is in the last book of the New Testament is not an accident.
If we're going to avert this prediction (and restore hydrostatic equilibrium to our sun), we're going to need an open, ongoing, diplomatic relationship with the original equipment manufacturer.
7. System Outputs: Those "Dead Star" Foundries
Based on Fingerprints 1-6, the last thing I would say about star formation is that it is "natural".
It is the intentional activity of sentient plasma-based life over billions of years. This life is organized into circular economy systems that don't simply produce stars that burn and "die", as we are taught. Material from "end of life" stars---e.g. ultra-dense degenerate matter neutron stars---is extracted and used to fabricate advanced products utilized in the ecosystem of plasma-based life, including products used within Earth's atmosphere and Earth's superhot interior.
A magnetar---one type of neutron star---is extremely dense. It is estimated that a single teaspoon of matter from a magnetar would weigh 100 million tons on Earth. And its properties are entirely alien to biological life, as indicated by the scary subheading in this tech journal report stating that a magnetar would literally dematerialize a human up to a thousand kilometers away. That's got to be on the warning sign when humanity establishes diplomatic relations with plasma-based life. But based on visual evidence I'm pretty sure they've got their interface to us under control.
In this video from the History Channel, cameras capture glowing spheres entering volcanoes in different parts of the world. There are zero observable properties that would classify one of these spheres as a "craft" in a conventional sense, e.g. a disc or "tictac" UFO reported by an airline pilot. Rather, the material used in this aerial application appears dynamically configurable in real time, like a human-engineered "smart fabric" with paramagnetic capability built in.
The study of stellar engineered materials with varying specifications will become a focus area of human science going forward. The fact that humanity is already talking about mining the moon (or meteors) means that my assertion that "dead stars" are foundries of engineered materials will be taken seriously beyond Hollywood script writers providing a backstory for Thor's hammer.
8. System Constant: The Shotcaller in those SFR Declines
The star formation rate (SFR) has declined over billions of years to an estimated current rate that is around 3% of its peak. Conventional cosmology has no direct explanation for this fact, but suspects that the universe has a finite amount of star-forming material, and the decline in the SFR is a reflection of that.
But thanks to JWST we now also know the following:
- Disc galaxies formed much earlier than predicted;
- These galaxies are larger than previously thought, up to 10 times larger; and
- These galaxies are not standalone, but are interconnected, as predicted by the electric universe community.
In the context of these JWST findings, the massive and steady decline in the SFR should be seen as data that is highly disruptive to big bang thinking, deepening the so-called crisis in cosmology. What's apparent to me after forty years working around tech products of all types is that the overwhelming asymmetry of plasma-based matter is reflective of what tech industry folks would describe as a "natural monopoly", and an observable manifestation of architectural dominance in the universe.
And when we stack that declining SFR on top of the fact that 99%+ of all matter is in the 4th state, i.e. plasma, and that the gas/dust ratio, i.e. system input to star formation is in direct portion to that percentage, and that the pre-built filamentary networks that power star formation are ubiquitous, we can thank the JWST for enabling us to see the universe with new eyes.
Would I go so far as to suggest that this natural monopoly and architectural dominance enjoyed by plasma-based matter implies the existence not just of plasma-based life, but of a commercial industry managed by plasma-based life? That would certainly consign "Fermi's paradox" to the ash heap of history. In addition to a star-manufacturing industry, would there be a corresponding "planet-as-a-service" industry run by biological life in symbiotic partnership with plasma-based life?
Or ...and here's where convergence research holds actionable value---should we read long-running human myths within scriptural documents describing a "war in heaven" as some kind of warning that there is conflict within this co-evolutionary ecosystem partnership, and humanity is caught in the crossfire? That's outside the scope of this post, but not outside the scope of the Christwatch.Org intelligent design research mission.
Conclusion: Summing Up & One Takeaway

In this post, I deconstruct aspects of the stellar lifecyle and hypothesize that stars are products---intelligently designed by plasma-based life. In advancing this hypothesis, I leverage:
- High Tech Observation: The major impact of the James Webb Space Telescope in providing new information that upends conventional thinking about star formation and our understanding of the universe;
- Plasma Universe/Electric Universe Insight: The powerful contribution of the electric universe community in seeing star formation within the context of a systems analysis. My own thinking---while diverging from seeing star formation as a "natural" process---has greatly benefited from their assessment of the role of external factors outside of a gravity-first POV, e.g. the filamentary network structure's role in generating a plasma pinch to trigger both protostar "burn" and the instantiation of the circumstellar protoplanetary disc; and
- Tech Products & Processes: My exposure to tech products from chipsets to systems to enterprise software to 21st century cloud computing over a 40 year period, and my personal views regarding complex product adoption within a dominant vendor ecosystem.
But in thinking about "stellar lifecycles", I also integrated recent experiments in fusion energy, and the thinking of fusion energy platform developers. And it is on this issue that the urgency of resolving the crisis in cosmology is most evident.
Takeaway: Fusion Energy Platform Developers/Investors Need Better Cosmology
If the "debate" over the standard model of cosmology is left to theoretical physicists, and humanity continues to kick the cosmology can down the road for a few more decades, is that really so bad?
The answer is a resounding yes---it's incredibly bad---if one is also investing decades of time and billions of dollars in fusion energy platform development based on the assumptions in the standard model of cosmology.
As I stated in my first "fingerprint", the ultracold nature of the star formation system environment---operating at just-a-touch-above absolute zero---tells us something about stellar engineering. One thing it tells me is that current fusion energy platform architectures are likely to be burning more capital than fuel in coming years because modern cosmology is in crisis. This concern alone should result in fusion energy platform developers and investors demanding resolution to the crisis in cosmology, and a clean set of star formation assumptions unencumbered by gravity-first thinking. I hope they they enter the conversation in a big way because they provide tangible leverage beyond the usual academic foodfights and kick the can behaviors.
I'll close with this question. What else about cosmology have we ignored because it points us in the direction of the Architect of All?
