Introduction: 25% of Nag Hammadi Texts Confirm Christwatch.Org Theoplasma Hypothesis Re: the Material Basis of "The Light"

In Theoplasma Universe I utilize an originalist Christian document, the long-suppressed Gospel of Thomas (GTh)---as a scriptural decryption key---to develop the core Christwatch.Org hypothesis that what Christ calls "the light" is in fact self-created, plasma-based divinity that humanity has historically described as “Holy Spirit”. This "theoplasma" analysis---unique to Christwatch---drives the convergence of science and spirituality by explaining the well-documented electromagnetically-imprinted imagery on the Shroud of Turin recording Christ’s resurrection---his material metamorphosis from a human body to his luminous plasma-native state. Furthermore, seeking to provide 3rd party eyewitness confirmation for the existence of plasma-based divinity beyond Christ’s attestation in the Gospel of Thomas, I refer to the apocryphal Book of Enoch, as well as to direct personal accounts of "the light" by verified historical personages, e.g. Bill Wilson, founder of Alcoholics Anonymous and Joseph Smith of LDS.

Moreover, the Christwatch application of the Gospel of Thomas as a scriptural content decryption key serves as a platform to decipher other scriptural "mysteries" that drive the convergence of science and spirituality. For example, using our GTh decryption key in concert with the 360 degree Christwatch data fusion model integrating both scriptural and scientific content, I have determined that the allegorical “four horsemen” in the Book of Revelation describe a main sequence star (e.g. our sun) undergoing multiple coronal mass ejections (CME) of its hydrogen fuel, and entering a red giant phase in which the Earth and humanity face catastrophe.

In this post I supplement Christ's personal confirmation of plasma-based divinity in the Gospel of Thomas by citing twelve additional texts found colocated with the GTh in the 1945 Nag Hammadi discovery. I do not provide analysis of each discrete document in full, but simply extract the relevant text to illustrate a shared point of view within the community that curated the long-hidden Nag Hammadi collection.

In keeping with the method used in Theoplasma Universe, I utilize the phrase "the light" as a key textual starting point for analysis, and present the cited Nag Hammadi quotations in 3 subcategories including (1) Confirmation of the material nature of "the light", (2) Confirmation of the self-created nature of "the light", and (3) Human observation or direct experience of "the light".

I. Material Nature of "The Light"

In Section One I cite three texts from the Nag Hammadi collection that describe "the light" as having material characteristics, e.g. the absence of shadow, indestructibility, and the necessity for humanity to understand its fundamental nature.

1. The Secret Book of James (The Apocryphon of James)

“Trust me, my brothers. Understand what the great light is." The Secret Book of James

In this quotation, Christ is disclosing to his followers that there's more to "the great light" than some inner state of holiness, human spiritual enlightenment, or grace. Christwatch holds that the above statement strongly affirms that "the light" is material in nature, as is divinity itself. I state this because in this document we find Christ echoing a message similar to that in the Gospel of Thomas. "First I spoke to you in parables and you did not understand. Now I am speaking to you openly and you do not grasp it." (Apocryphon of James) As pointed out in Theoplasma Universe, Christwatch holds that Christ came not just for the people of his time, but primarily for the people of a future generation---a time like now---when basic science literacy and universal information access enable his message to be understood.

Could it be that the affirmation of the material nature of divinity by Christ himself is what led to various originalist Christian documents being characterized as "gnostic apocrypha", and being suppressed by church authority for the greater part of 2000 years? It is a fact that as humanity comes to understand the material basis of divinity through the study of science, it will be extremely disruptive to the authority of professional clergy and the economic model of institutional religion.

2.  On the Origin of the World (The Untitled Text)

"Now, the eternal realm of truth has no shadow within it because the immeasurable light is everywhere within it." The Untitled Text

In this text we begin to grasp Christ's invocation above regarding the importance of humanity understanding "the great light". We see the inclusion of material characteristicas and attributes---the light is "immeasurable" and has "no shadow"---as descriptors of "the eternal realm of truth".

Given that 99% plus of all visible matter in the universe is in the form of plasma, it's not surprising to find "the light" described as "immeasurable" and having "no shadow" within it. It is this understanding of what humanity sees today as the 4th state of matter---plasma---that was absent in Christ's time. This is why Christwatch is built around Christ's "covenant of science", and is focused on researching the convergence of science and spirituality.

3. The Apocryphon of John

“[How am I to speak] with you about the immeasurable, incomprehen[sible light]? [For] Its [aeon] is indestructible, being tranquil [and] existing in [silence, being at rest]. It exists prior [to the All, for] It is the head of [all] the aeons…” Apocryphon of John

Here we see even more material attributes of "the light". We again learn that it is immeasurable, as in the quote above from The Untitled Text.

But we also see that "the light" is "indestructible", and "tranquil", existing "in silence". And the most interesting comment here---originating from a period in human history without basic science literacy and public access to information---is that "the light" is "incomprehensible", i.e. that humanity sees anything beyond the first 3 states of matter as a mystery.

II. Self-Created Nature of "the Light"

In Section Two I cite three additional texts from the Nag Hammadi collection that attest to self-created divinity consistent with the message within the Gospel of Thomas, and affirming the existence of a "primeval father" based in "the light".

1. The Reality of the Rulers (aka The Hypostasis of the Archons)

“You, together with your offspring, are from the primeval father. Their souls come from above, out of the incorruptible light.” The Reality of the Rulers

In this text we see that the "incorruptible light" is the root (i.e. the material basis) of the "primeval father". Mirroring the Gospel of Thomas, we are told via the word "primeval" that this father of "light" is the first appearing divinity, and that it is this divinity which is the source of humanity's "soul".

We also see validation of the Christwatch analysis that "the light" and the "Holy Spirit" are the source of "the All", and humanity are its "children". "Then all the children of the light will truly know the truth and their root and the father of all and the holy spirit." (The Reality of the Rulers)

2. Eugnostos the Blessed

"The First who appeared before the universe in infinity is Self-grown, Self-constructed Father, and is full of shining, ineffable light." Eugnostos the Blessed

In this text we see strong validation of the GTh disclosure of self-created "father" based in the 4th state of matter, plasma. The document uses explicit terminology including "self-grown" and "self-constructed". The text also characterizes the father's light as "ineffable" or beyond description. This also confirms that those in Christ's time did not possess the basic science literacy to see "the light" as a form of matter as we do today.

That's not all. This document affirms that "the light" is not just self-created but the source of all other life as follows: "And all natures from the Immortal One, from Unbegotten to the revelation of chaos, are in the light that shines without shadow".

3.  The Wisdom of Jesus Christ

The Savior said: "He Who Is is ineffable. No principle knew him, no authority, no subjection, nor any creature from the foundation of the world until now, except he alone, and anyone to whom he wants to make revelation through him who is from First Light." The Wisdom of Jesus Christ

This text opens by stating that the apostles witness Christ, post-resurrection, as follows: "the Savior appeared - not in his previous form, but in the invisible spirit. And his likeness resembles a great angel of light."

This text quoted at the top goes even further, affirming the self-created nature of plasma-based divinity, using the powerful term "first light". The passage also asserts that "he alone", i.e. divinity natively based in the light, is not subject to the authority of the first 3 states of matter, let alone any "creature" based in the first 3 states of matter.

III. Observation or Experience of "the Light"

In this section I cite 6 textual exerpts that attest to observation of “the light”, as well as to direct experience of “the light”, and close with a statement from the Book of Thomas the Contender clarifying that it is in “the light” where that other light---the one we call personal enlightenment---is found.

1. The Concept of Our Great Power

"And I shall withdraw with everyone who will know me. And they will enter into the immeasurable light, (where) there is no one of the flesh nor the wantonness of the first to seize them." The Concept of Our Great Power

In this section I start off with this text that explicitly and clearly demarcates between people "of the flesh" and an "immeasurable light". The text is affirmatively stating that "our great power" is our origin and material basis in "the light". The author of the text refers to Christ's work and positions himself as a plasma-based being of the light. This point of view is there at the very beginning of the text as well, asserting that the first 3 states of matter have no dominion over plasma-based divinity. "He who will know our great Power will become invisible, and fire will not be able to consume him. But it will purge and destroy all of your possessions." (The Concept of Our Great Power)

2. The Letter of Peter to Philip

"Then a great light appeared, and the mountain shone from the vision of the one who appeared." The Letter of Peter to Philip

In this text we see that “the mountain shone” from a material “great light”. This is another example of eyewitness human observation of plasma-based divinity of the type attributed to Bill Wilson of AA and Joseph Smith of LDS. In this case the eyewitnesses are Peter and other apostles, and “the one who appeared” is the resurrected Christ. We also see material characteristics attributed to the “great light” when Christ exits the scene. “Then came lightning and thunder from heaven, and what appeared to them there was taken up to heaven.“

3. The Apocalypse of Adam

"And great clouds of light will descend, and other clouds of light will come down upon them from the great aeons." The Apocalypse of Adam

We see a similar eyewitness description in this text as with the preceding text from The Letter of Peter to Philip, with material references to both “great clouds” and “other clouds” of light, as if the witness is describing the appearance of more than one plasma-based life form. For those readers not familiar with the process of star formation, humanity now knows that all plasma-based stellar objects are birthed inside large molecular hydrogen clouds found within the interstellar medium. Just a coincidence?

4. The Allogenes

When I was seized by the eternal light, by the garment that was upon me, and was taken up to a pure place whose likeness cannot be revealed in the world, then by means of a great Blessedness I saw all those about whom I had heard. The Allogenes

In this text we again see strong attestation of the material attributes of "the eternal light", including its power to "seize" a human soul. We also see commentary about a "pure place" that can not be seen in the world of the first 3 states of matter.

5. Zostrianos

I stood there after having seen light from the truth which really exists, from its self-begotten root ... I became a root-seeing angel and stood upon the first aeon which is the fourth. Zostrianos

This is a remarkable exerpt from the Nag Hammadi collection in which we come face-to-face with the eyewitness testimony of a human not simply experiencing "light", but characterizing that light as "the first aeon which is the fourth"----i.e. that this first "aeon" or state of matter, plasma, is now seen by humanity as the fourth state of matter. This plasma-native state is referred to as the "self-begotten root", and this testimony is conveying the fact that the witness has metamorphosed into a "root-seeing angel".

6. The Book of Thomas the Contender

"It is in light that light exists." The Book of Thomas the Contender

I saved this one for last because there are multiple ways this can be interpreted. On one hand, it suggests that what Christwatch calls "theoplasma" and what Christ called "the light above them all" exists within the universe of all plasma. On the other hand, it suggests that any and all spiritual "enlightenment" we see in the world of humanity is a direct consequence of the influence of plasma-based divinity. I'll let the reader decide, but in both cases the point is made. One of the two "lights" being referred to is material in nature.

Conclusion: Convergence Research Reveals the Fingerprints of Intelligent Design

"Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden will be revealed". Jesus Christ, Gospel of Thomas #5

I've now identified 13 of 52 Nag Hammadi documents that refer to "the light" as the material phenomenon that Christwatch sees as "theoplasma". This means that within the Nag Hammadi collection there is a baseline of 25% of all documents that support the Christwatch hypothesis. I believe this percentage will grow as other text analytics are applied over time, but what's clear is that the Christwatch approach to researching the convergence of science and spirituality is paying dividends in less than six months.

Convergence is about excavating previously unseen data relationships and new composite insight. To achieve this, Christwatch integrates scriptural data with science data to identify probable cause for further investigation. Our theoplasma hypothesis is our first area of investigation, but our data unification approach has already enabled us to develop insight in related areas, including the Shroud of Turin as a legacy artificat of plasma-based metamorphosis, and stellar lifecycles as the driver of the "four horsemen" of the apocalypse.

Going forward, we believe our data-driven approach will enable us to identify and document the fingerprints of intelligent design, including within the stellar formation process, and the large scale structure of the cosmic web.

Christwatch will not do this alone, but will build partnerships with other "seeker-first" organizations and individuals committed to recognizing---as Christ suggested---what is in their sight. I look forward to working with all advocates of intelligent design.
